The French Filmmaker Philippe Jamet recently made a documentary about Joel Meyerowitz called “LA PEAU DES RUES” (The Skin of the Streets) showing this week in Paris as part of the Les 3 Luxembourg film festival.
"The street represents our social and architectural DNA. Through the eyes of American street photographer Joel Meyerowitz, we’ll take a look at the evolution of the streets of New York and Paris, from the post-war period to the present day. His humanist photographs reveal our condition and bring us their own sociology.”
